Image Processing, It’s not only when you press the button.

I remember that the first time I got a SLR was back into 1998. It was a Canon EOS 3 with 18-105 USM and it’s not a digital. Yes, I’m talking about film camera. The most diffeculty of taking film camera is when you’ve never known what you’re gonna get. There is no LCD to see and you cannot go back to fix what you’ve just shot. I had been playing around this camera for 3 years before turning digital. Digital camera did help me a lot especially when I need to take a picture under unclear circumstances like low light, high contrast between background and the subject.

My most favourite categories of chooting are always nature and candit or street life. I’m lucky that I’ve used Photoshop for more than 13 years so I can do pretty quick process to get whatever kind of pictures I want it to be. Many people said that using Photoshop for the picture is not quite professional. I’m so negative with this. Film developing or digital dark room processing are always one of the most important stages to get the best pictures. No matter how good your photo shooting skills are, you won’t get any best result if your photo lab is suck.

I’ve played around with so many photo processing techniques with so many softwares. the secret of getting better pictures is just right at your finger and your inspiration. People are always focuing abut how to shoot like a pro, but having skills in digital lab will make you become the best.
